IP-20 transformers are a compact panel-mounted range converting 230 V AC to 12 V AC; they suit any circuit board, install quickly and easily, have terminals protected against indirect contact and an ageing-resistant body. They are offered in 100 VA, 130 VA, 300 VA and 600 VA ratings.
Boxed transformers are IP-65 rated Class II transformers converting 230 V AC to 12–17 V AC with full protection against electric shock; the self-extinguishing housing complies with IEC 695-2-1. They are offered in 130 VA, 400 VA and 600 VA ratings. Both series are made to UNE-EN-61558-2-6 and the distance between spotlight and transformer can be up to 40 m. Transformer power must be selected according to the total VA of the projectors to be connected.
