Pool maintenance and operation is a job that requires time and constant attention. In order for your pool to remain continuously clean and healthy, it needs constant care, much like caring for a baby. Pools that are not maintained on time react instantly and cause an unhealthy water quality to develop.
Situations such as chemical dosing, backwashing and sweeping, brushing, etc. that are not carried out on time will cause the pool water to deteriorate in quality and become contaminated. For this reason, in particular, our family or our guests will be forced to swim in an unhealthy environment. Just as swimming in a healthy swimming pool is a pleasant and enjoyable experience, swimming in an unhealthy and dirty pool is just as much the opposite situation.
The water quality of a healthy swimming pool must absolutely be of drinking-water quality. For this, the operating and maintenance instructions required to comply with the water quality conditions specified in the regulations of the Ministry of Health must be carried out on time. If maintenance is neglected, water quality will change instantly.
The pool automation system will take over the maintenance that you are unable to perform on time due to your workload or various other reasons. It will even continuously monitor your pool as an instant, safe self-control mechanism, while also ensuring that the pool water is healthy, drinkable-quality water.
With the automatic pool control system, pool maintenance is now much easier. With the pool automation system, the operation of the pool will be provided automatically; you will be able to keep track of it whenever you want, whether from monitoring screens or via your smartphone, tablet, or computer. You will be able to both monitor and control it remotely, without getting up from where you are. It will also be possible to customize this system according to whatever requests you have.
The automation system, which continuously monitors the pool system, generates alerts in situations requiring intervention and allows the necessary interventions to be carried out by the pool operator.
The topics that you can monitor or control with pool automation systems will depend entirely on your own preferences.
Review Our Pool Design and Consultancy ServicesThe topics that you can monitor or control with pool automation systems will depend entirely on your own preferences:

Depending on the size of your pool, the number of circulation pumps in the system may be one or more. Accordingly, the start-up time and evening shut-down time of the circulation pumps can be changed without limitation via the system, according to your preference. Your pumps offer the possibility of setting the operating hour ranges according to summer/winter mode as you wish, via the PLC, where you can enter the desired time interval. In addition, without you needing to make any adjustment, the system will automatically bring the pumps into operation at the time intervals you have determined, using an equal-aging method that ensures the pumps operate equally. At the same time, the system will provide additional safety control against the pumps running dry by means of additional level probes. In addition, it will monitor the temperature of the pumps and, in the event of overheating, will stop the pump and notify you with a message. Since the system will monitor all of these matters automatically and instantly, it will completely eliminate problems that could otherwise arise later on.

Depending on the size of the sand filter, sand filters may have either an automatic six-way valve or a five-way valve group. Although both systems differ in form, they serve the same purpose. With this system, the operating status of the filtration system, instant filter contamination monitoring, instant pressure monitoring, and instant monitoring and control of the filter inlet and outlet flow rates are provided. Depending on the contamination of the filter, it will automatically disable filtration mode, switch to backwash and rinse mode, and then return the system to its initial mode (filtration position) again. By instantly monitoring pressure, it will stop the system before problems that could arise in the filter or on the piping occur, and will inform the pool operator by means of a message. Via flow meters at the sand filter inlet and outlet, it will automatically and instantly monitor the inlet and outlet water flow rates of the water pumped by the pumps, and in the event of a possible decrease or increase in flow rate, it will take a position accordingly and inform the pool operator.

Sand filters must absolutely undergo backwashing and rinsing depending on the degree of contamination. The system is designed to automatically perform backwashing and rinsing once it has detected filter contamination. Via the PLC, after performing the backwash and rinse durations for the specified number of minutes, it will return to the initial mode (filtration position) again. However, sometimes the contamination of the filter takes a very long time to occur. For a healthy system, the system is designed so that, regardless of the filter's contamination level, it can assume the backwash and rinse position 4 times a month independently of contamination. The monthly backwash position can be set, via the PLC settings section, to occur 1, 2, 3, or 4 times, in an unlimited configurable manner, as desired.

Redox, pH, and chlorine regulator control can be provided via the PLC. The values on the chlorine-pH regulator can be monitored via the PLC screen (smartphone, tablet, or external computer).

Dosing pumps will be monitored by tracking the operating status after the values are checked on the system.

By performing instant chemical level monitoring of the chemical containers, trouble-free operation of the system will be enabled. The level status of the liquids inside the chemical containers will be instantly displayed on the PLC screen. In the event of possible problems, it will stop the system and inform you by message.

The UV disinfection system will be continuously monitored instantly via the automation system in order to ensure the hygiene of the pool water. The system uninterruptedly monitors the operating status, the active duration, and the performance values of the UV lamps. In the event of a possible malfunction, a drop in performance, or the system going out of operation, the automation system safely stops the circuit. At the same time, it instantly informs the user via a screen alert and message notification. In this way, the disinfection process of the pool water is kept under control without interruption, and the preservation of hygiene standards is ensured. Thanks to the regular and safe operation of the UV system, a contribution is also made to optimizing chemical usage.

It keeps the pool water temperature fixed at the desired degree. For a pool set to the desired water temperature, when the water temperature shows a drop of 2 degrees, the heating system is activated. When the pool water temperature reaches the desired water temperature, it will stop the system and keep the temperature continuously constant. The pool water temperature can also be monitored instantly via the PLC screen.

The pool lighting located inside the pool is designed to be switched on and switched off within the desired time interval. Working time interval values can be entered without limitation via the PLC settings section.

The water inside the balance tank will be kept constant at the desired level. In the event of water reduction, the system will automatically fill until the balance tank water level reaches the desired level. If the water level reaches dangerous proportions, it will disable the pumps. The balance tank water level can also be monitored instantly via the PLC screen, and in the event of possible problems, it will stop the system and inform you by message.

For this system, the PLC system automatically switches the valves to the sweeping position, ensuring the cleaning of the pool. For this, a pool operator is required for pool cleaning. Pool cleaning can also be provided by means of automatic cleaning robots.

The motorized valves in the pool system will open the valves that need to be opened during system transitions, and close the valves that need to be closed. At the same time, it will instantly monitor the positioning of the valves. After the valve has assumed its position according to the situation, it will give a start command to the pumps. As long as the motorized valves have not assumed the correct position, the system does not give a start command to the pumps. Valve positions can be monitored instantly via the PLC screen, and in the event of possible problems, it will stop the system and inform you by message.

Water level controls in the pool and in the balance tank are monitored instantly. The pumps located in the pool system must under no circumstances be run dry. In order to detect such a problem in advance and to be able to prevent possible problems beforehand, the safety of the system is ensured through water level controls placed at the necessary points.

A sudden instant pressure rise that may occur in the piping line will damage the system. In order to detect such a problem in advance and to be able to prevent possible problems beforehand, the safety of the system is ensured by means of pressure transmitters placed at the necessary points, providing pressure control.

With flow meters placed at the necessary points, the pump discharge flow rate and the sand filter inlet and outlet flow rates are controlled. In addition, with flow meters placed on the pool's main supply line, monitoring of the total pool supply flow rate will be provided. In addition, the amount of water entering and exiting the filters can be set equally. Flow meter values will be monitored via the PLC screen.

If desired, the instant monitoring and control of the pool automation system from the central system room can also be controlled via a computer. Optionally, if desired, it can be carried out from any internet-connected computer, touchscreen, or smartphone.
