Waterheat EVO is a titanium-bodied, multi-tube titanium heat exchanger that transfers heat from boiler hot water to pool water. Its 8 models deliver 20–450 kW with 90 °C primary water; it installs with a bypass connection in an L layout and withstands working pressures of 10 bar on the primary and 3 bar on the secondary circuit.
Waterheat heat exchangers bring pool and spa water to the desired temperature by exchanging heat between the primary circuit (hot boiler water) and the secondary circuit (the cold pool water to be heated). Because they use the existing household boiler, they provide very efficient and fast heating (1–2 days) at a low investment cost.
The body through which the secondary circuit (pool water) flows is made of titanium, and the coil carrying the primary circuit (boiler water) is made of titanium alloy tubes, giving high corrosion resistance in salt and chlorinated water. Working pressure is 10 bar on the primary circuit and 3 bar on the secondary circuit.
Across 8 models from TIT-20 to TIT-450 it delivers 20–450 kW with 90 °C primary water, 10–210 kW at 60 °C and 5–100 kW at 45 °C. It is installed after filtration with a bypass connection in an L layout, above or below water level; consulting a service engineer is recommended to choose the right unit for the system.
