Zodiac Heat Line is a pool heat exchanger with a Noryl polyamide housing and titanium tubes, installed in-line with no bypass required. It delivers 20, 40 and 70 kW with 90 °C primary water, comes in bare, Plus without circulation pump and Plus with circulation pump versions, and is compatible with heat pumps, boilers, geothermal and solar systems.

It delivers 20, 40 and 70 kW with 90 °C primary water, comes in bare, Plus without circulation pump and Plus with circulation pump versions, and is compatible with heat pumps, boilers, geothermal and solar systems.
Heat Line is a compact pool heat exchanger whose injection-moulded Noryl polyamide housing and titanium tubes resist salt and chlorinated water. It is compatible with all household heating systems such as heat pumps, boilers, geothermal and solar energy; thanks to its versatile installation concept and reversible interface, the pool water inlet can be on the right or the left.
It installs after filtration with a horizontal in-line connection and no bypass, with the primary inlet on top. The flow directions of the primary and secondary circuits can be reversed by turning the exchanger round. The maximum primary water temperature is 90 °C and maximum pressure 2 bar; it can be used with an existing boiler or a boiler with regulator, but it cannot be connected directly to solar panels — in that case a solar storage tank must be installed between the panels and the exchanger.
Plus models include a flow sensor, a 230 V plug-in electrical panel and digital regulation; the Plus model with circulation pump also has an A-class, low-consumption circulation pump. A check valve is standard on all models. The exchanger is selected according to the pool heating demand and the 45 °C or 60 °C primary conditions. Made in France with a 2-year warranty.
