It comes in 4 sizes delivering 55–240 kW with 90 °C primary water, as a bare model or a Plus (complete) model with digital thermostat, flow sensor and circulation pump.
Uranus is a high-performance plate heat exchanger whose titanium plates provide high heat transfer in a compact body. It is compatible with all household heating systems such as heat pumps, boilers, geothermal or solar energy, and is particularly efficient with geothermal and heat pump systems running at low primary temperatures (45–60 °C).
The unit is supplied fully assembled with all connections ready. The primary circuit (hot water) is connected with adjustable 2 1/4 valves, 1 male-threaded valve and Ø26/34 and Ø20/22 unions, and the secondary circuit (pool line) with PVC Ø50. The Plus model includes a thermostat with digital display, flow sensor, 230 V single-phase plug-in power supply and circulation pump; a drain and emptying plug is standard.
The exchanger is installed close to the hot-water source, with the secondary circuit bypassed after the pool filtration. It should be sized according to the pool heating demand, the 45 °C or 60 °C primary conditions and the power of the geothermal system; an expansion tank is recommended for correct geothermal operation. Made in Spain with a 2-year warranty.
