This project located in Erbil, Iraq was handed over to us with only the rough concrete stage completed. The objective was to build a modern, durable outdoor swimming and hydromassage pool with high circulation performance, while executing all mechanical and architectural finishing processes to professional standards.

Pool site received at rough construction stage.
When we took over the project, only rough reinforced concrete works had been completed on site. Essential infrastructures for the swimming pool and hydromassage basin had not yet been created. In the initial phase, all pool geometries, elevation levels, mechanical requirements, and water circulation details were rigorously analyzed.
As a result of these diagnostics, it was decided to redesign the technical infrastructure not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also for operational safety, energy efficiency, and long-term trouble-free performance. All mechanical and structural details were engineered with a professional methodology ensuring the pool operates stably, evenly, and reliably over decades.

Electromechanical pool installation project and engineering drawings.
Following site handover, detailed technical assessments were carried out. In accordance with client specifications, pool volume, and mechanical demands, all electromechanical systems were redesigned from the ground up using precise engineering calculations.
Throughout this process, energy efficiency, operational safety, service accessibility, and long-lasting equipment performance were prioritized.
All prepared electromechanical engineering drawings were approved by the client before commencing execution. Following project sign-off, mechanical piping installations, plant room construction, circulation lines, and architectural finishing works began in a strictly controlled manner.
Specifically, the pool circulation circuit, filtration media capacity, and plant room equipment layout were designed according to professional engineering principles to deliver minimal energy consumption, peak water hygiene, and robust long-term operation.
Through this meticulous planning, the project was transformed into a high-standard modern outdoor pool complex in terms of visual elegance, technical infrastructure, operational reliability, and sustainable mechanical performance.

Plant room and mechanical infrastructure installation.
In outdoor pool projects, water clarity and operational stability depend entirely on the precision of mechanical systems. For this reason, the entire mechanical infrastructure was built from scratch by our engineering team.
All pipe sizing and equipment arrangements were engineered to reduce hydraulic head loss, enhance energy efficiency, and ensure stable performance for years. Optimum diameter calculations balanced water circulation, while plant room equipment was arranged cleanly for effortless servicing. The result is a high-performance, low-energy, long-lasting mechanical installation.

Architectural finishing and substrate surface preparation.
Following mechanical rough-ins, architectural finishing commenced. To ensure the pool achieves structural durability, longevity, and refined aesthetics, all substrate preparations were carried out with millimeter precision and professional craft details.
In particular, internal corner fillets, high-velocity water movement zones, and areas around hydromassage nozzles were executed with millimeter precision to deliver aesthetic continuity, structural strength, and durable performance.

Professional pool plant room and circulation infrastructure installation.
All mechanical infrastructure components were engineered to maximize circulation efficiency, eliminate pressure drops, and maintain continuous hydraulic stability.
Manifold systems, pump connections, valve assemblies, and filtration lines in the mechanical room were positioned in a tidy, accessible layout to ensure seamless routine servicing.
The complete system infrastructure was optimized to guarantee safe, stable, and high-performance operation over decades of daily use.

Pre-finishing multi-layer waterproofing and insulation application.
The cornerstone of long-term durability in outdoor swimming pools is professional waterproofing. In this project, all pool basins and channels were comprehensively sealed to guarantee total impermeability, structural resilience, and operational safety.
All waterproofing applications were completed strictly according to international application standards to protect the concrete shell, prevent water loss, and ensure lifelong safety.

Architectural finishing and Verde Guatemala porcelain installation.
In high-end pool projects, surface durability and craftsmanship quality are just as vital as aesthetic elegance. All substrate preparations were carried out meticulously to ensure optimal tile adhesion, smooth planes, and long-term durability.
For the interior surfaces, 30x60 cm natural-textured Verde Guatemala porcelain tiles were chosen, blending the organic luxury of natural stone with the chemical resilience of architectural porcelain.
All tile cladding processes were executed to exacting professional standards, elevating the pool's architectural presence and ensuring effortless maintenance.

UV disinfection and automated hygiene systems installation.
To elevate hygiene standards and deliver maximum bather comfort, an advanced dual-stage disinfection system was integrated into the plant room.
Thanks to the UV disinfection system, the organic load and combined chloramines in the water were drastically reduced, resulting in a healthier, odor-free, and eye-friendly swimming environment.

Hydromassage spa basin and wellness jet installations.
A dedicated hydromassage zone was engineered to enhance user relaxation, creating a luxurious modern wellness retreat directly adjoining the main swimming pool.
The hydromassage system was custom-engineered and installed to provide users with a soothing, revitalizing hydrotherapy experience.

Architectural decorative waterfall feature installation.
Decorative waterfall systems were integrated to enhance visual drama and infuse the pool environment with dynamic acoustic serenity.
The waterfall feature imparts a commanding visual identity to the pool project while enriching the living experience as an architectural water sculpture.
