pH Expert is a stand-alone pH regulator that automatically maintains the ideal pH of pool water using proportional dosing technology. It doses acid or alkali in pools up to 150 m³, adapts the dosing cycle to the water's total alkalinity (TAC) and operates safely with a configurable overdose alarm (OFA).
For user comfort, pool water pH should be between 7.0 and 7.6: below this the water becomes aggressive, while above it far more disinfectant is needed for healthy water and algae prevention. pH Expert adjusts the peristaltic pump's dosing time according to the difference between the measured value and the set point, and offers low (TAC < 10 °f), standard and high (TAC > 15 °f) alkalinity options.
It offers a one-line backlit LCD in 6 languages, 1- or 2-point semi-automatic calibration (solution kit included) and a factory setting of pH 7.4. The three-level OFA overdose alarm is adjustable between 0–6 hours (default 4 hours); a level sensor with an anti-fume cap on the suction tube signals when the container is empty. The package includes the pH sensor, calibration kit, pipe connection kit, wall-mounting kit and suction tube kit.
