Optima is a range of electronic dosing pumps offering all proportional and volumetric dosing functions in a single model. The 5 l/h – 7–10 bar and 10 l/h – 5 bar models work with 4–20 mA and digital signals, while the Optima Next version doses automatically with a built-in pH/redox controller.
Optima pumps dose proportionally to 4–20 mA analogue signals and digital signals (multi-input 1:n, input division n:1, operation in ppm). They feature a memory function for processing input signals, a level alarm, a maximum flow limit to prevent overdosing, a password to protect programmed data and an alarm connection; they run on 90–265 VAC, 50–60 Hz.
Optima Next is an 8 bar – 5 l/h dosing pump with a built-in pH/redox controller; it offers electrode efficiency checking and one-touch automatic calibration. It provides manual temperature setting or automatic compensation with PT100 for pH, a level control input and a remote shut-off input. The pH (36004) and redox (36005) electrode and calibration kits are supplied separately.
