You have a dedicated area and want to transform it into a recreational, wellness, or professional swimming facility for your family, guests, or facility users. The first step is defining clear requirements and expectations.
We evaluate the primary usage (residential, sports, children, hospitality, rental), site orientation, sunlight exposure, privacy requirements, and target budget range. With these parameters established, the project moves to preliminary schematic drafting.

In the schematic phase, user requirements are translated into optimal pool geometry, initial spatial layouts, and elevation studies. We assess boundary coordinates, terrain levels, and surrounding architectural constraints.
A preliminary design brief is developed, detailing dimensions, depths, entry steps, sun decks, and lounge zones. When beneficial, multiple layout alternatives are presented to determine the optimal architectural and mechanical solution together.

Once the schematic layout is defined, we identify the necessary mechanical equipment, piping, and construction scopes.
