Pool maintenance and operation is a task that requires time and constant attention. In order for your pool to be constantly clean and healthy, it needs attention like a constant baby care. Pools that cannot be maintained on time will react instantly and cause an unhealthy water quality.

Chemical dosing not done in time, backwash sweep, brushing, etc. situations such as these cause the pool water to become degraded and contaminated. Therefore, especially our family or guests will have to swim in an unhealthy environment. The better and more fun swimming in a healthy swimming pool, the more bad it is to swim in an unhealthy and dirty pool.

The water quality of a healthy swimming pool must be of drinking water quality. To do this, the operating maintenance instructions required to comply with the water quality requirements set out in the regulations of the Ministry of Health must be carried out on time. If maintenance is disrupted, water quality will change momentarily.

The pool automation system will undertake maintenance that you are unable to perform on time due to your work intensity or for various reasons. It will even ensure that pool water is healthy water in the quality of the drinking water, and it will continuously control your pool as a momentary safe autocontrol.

Pool maintenance is now much easier with the pool auto control system. The pool automation system will automatically run the pool, so whether you're on the watch screen or on your smartphone, tablet or PC, you can track it at any time. You'll be able to control it with remote tracking without leaving your seat. You will also be able to personalize this system in line with the demands you want.

The automation system, which constantly monitors the pool system, generates warnings when intervention is required and allows the pool operator to perform the necessary interventions.

1- Filtration Pumps Control:

Depending on the size of your pool, the number of recirculating pumps in the system can be 1 or more. Accordingly, the start time of the commissioning of the recirculation pumps and the closing time of the evening can be changed infinitely via the system, depending on your request.

2- Sand Filter Control:

Sand filters can have an automatic six-way valve or five-way valve assembly depending on the size of the sand filter. Although the two systems are different in form, they serve the same purpose. With this system, the filtration system provides operating status, instant filter contamination monitoring, instant pressure monitoring, instant filter inlet and outlet flow monitoring and control. Depending on the pollution of the filter, it will switch the system back to the first mode (filtration position) after deactivating the filtration mode and automatically switching it to backwash and rinse. By momentarily checking the pressure control, it will stop the system and inform the pool operator as a message before problems can occur in the filter or on the plumbing. The sand filter will automatically control the flow rates of water in and out of the water, which is pressed from the pumps via flow meters to the inlet and outlet, and will take a position according to the situation in possible flow decreases or increases and inform the pool operator.

3- BackWash and Rinse System:

Sand filters must be backwashed and rinsed depending on pollution. It is designed to do backwash and rinsing automatically after the system automatically detects filter contamination. After performing backwash and rinsing times over the set minutes via the PLC, it will return to the first mode (filtration position). However, sometimes the filter pollution takes a very long time. For a healthy system, the system is designed to take the backwash and rinsing position 4 times a month, regardless of the pollution of the filter. The monthly backwash position can be infinitely adjusted to 1, 2, 3 and 4 times when requested from the PLC adjustment section.

4- Automatic Disinfection System Control:

Redox, pH and chlorine regulator control will be available via the PLC. The values on the chlorine-pH regulator can be monitored via the PLC display (smartphone, tablet or external unit).

5- Dosing Pumps Control:

The dosing pumps will be monitored by monitoring the operating status after checking the values on the system.

6- Chemical Trucker Control:

Chemical bins will allow the system to operate without problems by monitoring the chemical level instantly. The level status of the liquids in the chemical bins will give instant information on the PLC screen. In case of possible problems, the system will stop and inform with the message.

7- UV Disinfection System Control:

UV disinfection system monitoring will be monitored instantaneously and will stop the system for possible problems and give information by message.

8- Heating System Control:

Heating system keeps the water temperature constant to the desired degree. When the pool is set to the desired water temperature, the heating system is activated when the water temperature drops by 2 degrees. When the pool water temperature reaches the desired water temperature, it will stop the system and keep the temperature constant. The pool water temperature can also be monitored instantly via the PLC screen.

9- Lighting System Control:

The pool lights in the pool are designed to be put into operation and closed within the desired time interval. The PLC setting allows unlimited operation time interval values to be entered.

10- Balance Tank Water Level Control:

Water will be kept at the desired level within the balance tank. In case of water reduction, the system will automatically fill the balance tank water level until it reaches the desired level. If the water level has reached dangerous dimensions, it will deactivate the pumps. The water level of the balance tank can also be monitored instantaneously by the PLC screen and will stop the system for possible problems and give information by the message.

11- Pool Cleaning Control:

For this system, the PLC system will automatically move the valves to the sweep position and the pool will be cleaned. For this, a pool operator is needed in the pool cleaning. The pool can also be cleaned by means of automatic cleaning robots.

12- Auto Motor Valve Control:

The motor valves in the pool system will open the valves that need to be opened during the system passes and close the valves that need to be closed. At the same time, it will monitor the position of the valves momentarily. It will start the pumps after taking the position of the valve according to its condition. The system does not command the pumps to start unless the motor valves take the correct position. Valve positions can be monitored instantaneously by the PLC screen and will stop the system for possible problems and give information by message.

13- Safety for No-water Operation Control:

In the pool and balance tank, water level controls are monitored momentarily. The pumps in the pool system must not be operated without water in any way. The safety of the system is ensured by water level controls placed in the necessary places in order to detect such a problem in advance and to prevent possible problems in advance.

14- Pressure Safety Control:

The instantaneous pressure rise in the plumbing line will damage the system. The safety of the system is ensured by providing pressure control of the pressure transmitters placed in the necessary places in order to detect such a problem in advance and to prevent possible problems in advance.

15- System Flow Control:

Pump pressure flow, sand filter inlet and outlet flows are controlled with the flow meters placed where necessary. In addition, total pool feed flow monitoring will be provided by the flow meters placed on the pool main supply line. However, the amount of water and outlet that enters the filters can be adjusted equally. The flow meter values will be monitored via the PLC display.

Touch screen:

The instant follow-up and controls of the pool automation system can be controlled via the computer From the technical room of the pool. The transition commands on the systems will be provided completely automatically through this screen. The software required for pool automation, PLC, touch screens and commissioning will be provided by our company.

It is based on moisture and humidity for control of pool systems from the mechanical room. Resistive, analog 800 x 600 pixels (SVGA), 12.1", TFT LCD, backlight White LED, colors color, 16-bit resolution • brightness - can be adjusted from the Touch panel or by software. IP65/IP66/NEMA4X (on board mounting)

Password:

The pool control will only be controlled by authorized persons. For this, the password will be protected on the login screen. Unauthorized people can only monitor the screen.

Adjustments:

You can enter all the settings you can make about the automation system by touching the setting button you see in the picture.

Adjustments – 1:

Once you have entered the Settings section, it is necessary to check the date and time settings for an accurate operating system. You can enter the current date or time information in the boxes that pop up after one click to set the time and date.

In the time zones specified in the day and night working position, it will put into operation the number of pumps that will operate during the night and day operation, which we will determine in the next setting section. Thus, the system will continue to operate at full capacity during the day and at the desired setting at night without the chemical and temperature values of the pools being disturbed.

The day and night work force will also be determined. Pump frequency settings can be made to work day and night.

The power setting of the pump capacity can be done from this page for shrinkage in the broom hose during the pool vacuum cleaner process and for a healthier sweep.

Adjustments – 2:

In the second setting section, there is the system shutdown pressure, which we call the RED ALARM. The system is programmed to shut itself off at 1.4 bar. The button is only for monitoring, it is not activated.

The Max. Backwash pressure value is entered to allow the filters to start backflushing if this value is reached during operation. In addition, it can be determined how long it will work with how many filters and pumps during operation for backwashing and rinsing operations. Backwashing and rinsing should be done automatically at certain periods per month, even if the filters are not contaminated. For this, automatic backwashing and rinsing can be done between 1 and 28 days (due to February) with a maximum of 4 times per month. For this, it is enough to write the days on the button on the screen. In addition, if there are several groups in the system, it is determined from here when the other group will start to operate after the first backwash.

Adjustments – 3:

At the bottom are the start-up or deactivation buttons of the pumps and filters. The pump or one of the filters can be deactivated by clicking until the problem is fixed during any malfunction or remodeling. The disabled implement button will then light up in RED on the display.

At the bottom, the pumps will be operated redundantly by the peer-aged method. Here the operating time of the pumps can be seen as monitoring.

Adjustments – 4:

The lower and upper setting limits of the pressure, the lower and upper limit settings of the flow meters can be entered.

When the pressure settings are adjusted in such a way that the system is not dangerous, problems are prevented in the installation and in the pressure increases that may occur in the system with instant pressure control.

The flow meter settings will control the flow through the installation to control the homogeneous water flow.

Adjustments - 5:

Water temperature is controlled. By entering the desired water temperature of the pool water, the desired water temperature of the system will be fixed. The pool water, which is constantly at the desired water temperature, will provide a more pleasant swimming.

The screen protector can be activated and put into a sleep position if desired. The system automatically performs all operations in the background. The screen is dimmed. The screen saver can be re-monitored and adjusted by tapping on the screen in the activated system. In case of no further action, the system will automatically switch to sleep position within 10 minutes.

Balance Tank Discharge Mode:

Pressing the BALANCE TANK DISCHARGE button on the display for 3 seconds will be sufficient to operate this operating system. The active system will first take the positions of the motor valves that must be on or off in this position. It will start the pumps after the on and off information arrives. The start time of the pumps is 30 seconds. This will work in reverse when shutting down the system. The pumps will not start until the on-off information of the motor valves has arrived.

System Status Information and Breakdown Notification Bar:

During the working positions on the screen, it is also possible to follow up from the status information bar related to the system. The BREAKDOWN STATUS bar provides us with information about the operation of any pumps, filters and motor valves in relation to their position status during operation.

In the event of a general failure, the automation system will switch all valves, pumps and filters off and wait until the problem is resolved. After the problem is solved, the system will be operated by the pool operator again by operating the desired position. The system covers only electrically operated equipment. As the purpose of the manual valves is different, the position of the pool operator will be changed according to the situation.

The pumps will be operated with peer-aged operation.

On the screen, the on-off positions, pressure values, flow control of the motor valves according to the operating system can be monitored.

Pool chemical control will be provided through an automatic disinfection system. Chlorine, pH and redox values will be monitored through the automatic disinfection system.
